Our approach to fitness and health is athletic The driving philosophy behind Rot Iron Sports is to treat each individual with the first class, care, thought and precision that would be put into training a world class athlete. The strength training, conditioning, health, fitness and weight loss programs we use are designed you help you attain your goals by training you like a world class athlete.
The athletic workout is designed to help you achieve fitness and health along with peak performance in your life and career. When you can take things you’ve done in the gym apply and use them in other environments “working-out” suddenly becomes even more rewarding. This happens because you are no longer just “working-out” you are now TRAINING!
Our clients do not have to be athletes! The typical clientele training at Rot Irons Sports are multi-talented, creative and intelligent individuals from all walks of life. These people are interested in furthering themselves in life through their training. They come to our private exclusive gym because they know they will not be ogled and hit on by other gym members, have to deal with the spandex crowed strutting around the floor, have to wait in long lines to use equipment or deal with pretentious, snooty people.
