The Crazy Monkey Defense Program Print E-mail

cmpic1The Crazy Monkey Defense Program® started off as a purely physical application of martial skill back in 1998. When we developed the program our main intention was to find the most realistic and functional training methodology for real life physical self-defense encounters. We still coach the CMDP® to be that today, especially when coaching members of Special Force Military and to people who need self-defense skills where time is of the essence.

The CMD® Program can be viewed as the physical martial art skill sets that we coach- whilst the Martial Arts-Life®  approach is how we teach, coach and create the environment for positive martial art experiences to take place.

The Crazy Monkey Defense Program® today, can still easily be taught as a purely physical expression of martial arts- but it’s true power lies in it’s ability for personal transformation. This is where the MA-Life® approach comes into play, coaching you the tools to use martial arts as a vehicle to become a champion in life!
