Work with a nationally accredited personal trainer in a private exclusive studio in a fully comprehensive peak performance program. The way we approach personal training is very different than anywhere else. First we put you in the drivers seat allowing you to co-create a program tailored specifically to your goals and needs be it weight loss, strength training and conditioning, increased flexibility or just overall fitness.
The driving philosophy behind Rot Iron Sports is to treat each
individual with the first class, care, thought and precision that would
be put into training a world class athlete. The strength training,
conditioning, health, fitness and weight loss programs we use are
designed you help you attain your goals by training you like a world
class athlete.
All of our programs are athletically based and included the following types of exercise techniques;
- Sports Specific Drills; to improve coordination, movement economy and overall body intelligence.
- Martial Arts Training; to burn calories, increase endurance, develop focus and challenge each client with unique and interesting exercises.
- Kettlebell Training; to increase core strength, cardiovascular health and flexibility.
- Olympic Lifting; the granddaddy of all power exercises will improve speed, explosiveness, power and strength.
- Weight Training; used to tone and develop the body both proportionately and symmetrically.
- Heavy Rope Training; a unique form of metabolic conditioning used to stay in shape.
- Body Weight Calisthenics; in our opinion the best exercises can improve fitness, overall body strength and flexibility simultaneously. Body weight calisthenics taken from Yoga, Pilates, Martial Arts, Gymnastics and other disciplines are some of the best when it comes to this type of training.
- Circuit Training; interval training used to combine strength exercises with endurance training, bringing you the benefits of both a cardiovascular and strength training workout.
- Plyometrics; plyometric training is used to reach peak physical condition. Done correctly, it can be a highly effective way of preparing your body to handle stress while increasing power.
- General Nutritional Counseling and Meal Templates; Utilizing the Diet Master Pro we can help you plan and develop an eating strategy to optimize your training.
- Flexibility Development; our goal is not to just increase a single-joint range of motion. We want to increase the elasticity, resiliency and improve your body’s ability to “spring-back” in a ballistic manner from dynamic and explosive movements improving your body’s overall proficiency and resistance to injury.
- Cardiovascular Conditioning; to strengthen the heart and blood vessels, improve your resting heart rate, improve endurance capacity and decrease fatigue.
- Mental Game Training; the most overlooked aspect of a fully comprehensive performance program and yet one of the most important. We want to help you develop your mental G.A.M.E. in four areas. They are 1) GROUNDING built on your existing strengths, 2) The creation of solution driven ATTITUDES to achieve peak performance 3) MOTIVATION through personalized coaching and 4) A focus on EXECUTING your personal GAME plan of action to achieve your goals!
Do I have to be an Athlete to Train at Rot Iron Sports?
No! Our doors are open to anyone who wants to get results while training in a private exclusive studio environment. We have carefully adapted many often intimidating and “hard core” training methods into a system accessible to anyone. Our goal is not to push you to the brink of your physical limits but to carefully build you up, develop you through time to create new physical limits, increased levels of conditioning, fitness, strength, health and performance.
It is our goal when working with each client to identify their unique needs and then come up with a comprehensive plan together that will take them to their next level of health, fitness, conditioning, strength and overall wellbeing.
